Mary Reilly is an assistant professor of psychology at Gwynedd Mercy University. She earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Gwynedd Mercy University and her master’s degree in human behavior and development from Drexel University. She has done post-graduate work in Higher Education Administration and Academics at Widener University.
Reilly teaches courses in developmental psychology, death and dying, and courses related to social justice. She has a particular interest in the area of children and loss, and the relationship between service learning and civic engagement.
In addition to her teaching responsibilities, she serves as co-advisor of Sigma Phi Sigma, the National Mercy Honor Society, and she collaborates with the Griffin Student Leadership Institute. She is the recipient of the Lindback Award for Distinguished Teaching and the Sister Isabelle Keiss Award for Community Service.
Reilly is a member of the Social Justice Team at St. Rose of Lima Parish, North Wales, and she has served on the Board of Trustees of Gwynedd Mercy Academy, Elementary Division.
